Returned items must be received within 3 weeks of order date, unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached. To return an item, please include the receipt received with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. A refund will be issued minus postage fees (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). Please indicate if you would like your refund via cheque or direct deposit.
Note: Refunds will not be given for garments that have been damaged due to lack of care or instructions not being followed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different colour or style please follow the same instructions as above and include an $11.00 cheque or money order for re-delivery within Australia. If exchanging for a higher value garment please include amounts for difference in price.
